Moments That Almost Didn’t Happen
The world is full of tiny events so easy to overlook that they barely register. These are the moments that almost didn’t happen. Events that require two or more coincidences to occur at the same time.

A child drops a toy, and suddenly a stranger kneels to help, sparking a chain reaction of kindness that ripples outward.
Two people reach for the same item on a shelf, laugh, and begin a conversation that wouldn’t have existed if either had been a second earlier or later.
These moments work because they reveal the fragility and beauty of the small. They show how easily life could run away in a different direction. How much of what we treasure is built on coincidence, timing, and attention.
This week, we challenge ourself to notice the moments that almost slip by. Let ourself be surprised by the nearly invisible things that make our day what it is. Notice the moments that almost didn't happen.
