About Ramapani
Ramapani is a quiet space on the internet, created for reflection, stillness, and inner clarity. It exists as an alternative to the noise and speed of the modern web. There are no ads, no tracking, no cookies, no algorithms, and no infinite scroll. Just presence.
Ramapani is created and maintained by Ram, a real human being with a long history of meditation, teaching, and inquiry. This site is not a company or a content factory. It is a personal project, built slowly and intentionally.
Who is Ram?
I have more than thirty years of meditation experience, and over twenty years of teaching experience. I am a trained meditation teacher. My academic background includes a BSc in Astrophysics and Astronomy and an MSc in Computer Science. My deeper work has always been in the inner world. I am a mystic, a meditator, and someone who has spent most of his life exploring consciousness and the nature of experience.
I also share guided meditations on my YouTube channel: Meditate with Ram, and I write short reflections on my Tumblr: ramapani-blog. These platforms, like this site, are extensions of the same intention: to offer clarity, stillness, and companionship on the inner path.
What is Ramapani?
Ramapani is a digital hermitage. A small sanctuary. A place to pause.
Here you will find:
- meditation videos recorded in my own voice
- articles and reflections on presence, attention, and the inner life
- a visitor poll to invite gentle participation
- a growing library of practices for anyone exploring mindfulness or mysticism
Everything here is handcrafted. Nothing is automated or mass‑produced. The site will grow over time, but it will remain quiet and uncluttered.
How to navigate the site
Ramapani uses a simple tag‑based structure. Each article, video, or reflection is connected through tags that act like small pathways. When you click a tag, you will see everything related to that theme. This keeps the experience light and intuitive, and it lets you explore at your own pace without distraction.
Is there a commercial element?
Yes, but not in the usual sense.
Ramapani has a Patreon page for those who want to support the project directly. In the near future, the site will also include a way to book online spiritual guidance with me. This will be a simple, human offering. No subscriptions, no funnels, no manipulative design. Just a way for those who feel called to go deeper to do so.
The rest of the site will remain free and open.
Why does Ramapani exist?
Because people need places that help them breathe.
Because the internet needs sanctuaries.
Because silence is medicine.
If something here helps you feel more grounded or more connected to yourself, then Ramapani has done its work.
