Sacred Geometry & Fractal Phone Wallpapers

We have just released our first set of phone wallpapers, and every one of them was drawn by mathematics.

Sacred Geometry & Fractals — 18 designs
Sacred Geometry & Fractals / 18 designs

The pack holds 18 lock screen designs: the Buddhabrot, Metatron’s Cube, the Flower of Life, a golden-angle lotus, deep zooms into the Mandelbrot set, Julia set fractals, a recursive Bodhi tree, and two strange attractors that look like smoke made of light. All 18 come in three sizes, for iPhone, high-end Android and mid-range Android, in one download.

How they were made

We wanted to keep this project honest and light on resources, so there are no stock photos and no AI image generators involved. Each wallpaper comes from a short Python program running a real equation.

The Buddhabrot is our favourite. Take the Mandelbrot set, follow the paths of points that escape it, and count how often each pixel is visited. Do that for around 2 million points and a seated, meditating figure appears out of the noise. Nobody designed it. It was always there in the maths.

The strange attractors work in a similar way. Two lines of trigonometry are repeated hundreds of millions of times, and the points settle into silky, folding shapes. The Bodhi tree grows by a single rule: every branch splits into smaller branches, again and again, until the tips burst into blossom.

The sacred geometry pieces are drawn with exact precision. Metatron’s Cube is thirteen circles joined by all seventy-eight possible lines, set over a glowing Flower of Life lattice.

Why wallpapers

Ramapani is about the places where spirituality, philosophy and mathematics meet. A phone is the thing most of us look at more than anything else, so it felt like a good place for a small reminder of those patterns.
