What Is Intentionality?

Intentionality is the act of being mindfully deliberate.

We practice intentionality whenever we engage in a ritual, from making tea, crossing ourself in church, or saluting birds. Whether religious or secular, our rituals are mindfully deliberate moments. In fact, rituals are deliberately mindful moments. Read that again.

I'm driven to allow others to get in touch with their own intentions through meditation. This summer I've added several opportunities for intentionality through my free web apps on this site.

Two of my favourite apps

If you want to help write the Internet's slowest poem, a living verse shaped by everyone who visits: three words per day; then ponder Uni-verse.

If you would rather play a tiny, joyous ritual where you simply tap the good things you've done recently and watch your points rise on a shared scoreboard that everyone contributes to, then try World Karma Game. Each point earned by the world is a tiny act of intentionality.
