Meditate For Mind

Mental health struggles touch every family, every community, and every country. Meditation has helped me stay steady through difficult moments, and on 14 November 2026, I’m inviting people everywhere to pause, breathe, and reconnect: for themselves, and for those who need support.

Mind is the mental health charity working across England and Wales. Mind believes no one should face a mental health problem alone. Mind is here for you. Whether you are stressed, depressed or in crisis. Mind listens, gives support and advice, and stands up for people who need help.

Global Meditation Day — 14 November 2026

I am raising money in aid of Mind because mental health support saves lives and strengthens communities. Meditation has helped me stay grounded during difficult moments, and this event is an invitation for people everywhere to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Mind provides vital information, crisis support, and advocacy for people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other challenges. Every donation helps Mind reach someone who is struggling and needs guidance, understanding, and practical help.

Global Meditation Day 14th November 2026.

Meditate For Mind is a global event where anyone can take part. Although Mind operates in England and Wales, mental health challenges are universal. On 14 November 2026, people around the world will meditate in their own homes, in groups, or in community spaces. This shared moment supports mental wellbeing and raises funds for a charity that provides essential mental health services. You can also choose to meditate on the day and support a mental health charity in your own country if you prefer.

How You Can Take Part

1. Donate to my fundraiser

If you want to support the event directly, you can donate through my JustGiving page. All funds raised at this event will go to Mind.

2. Run your own meditation session

Gather friends, family, colleagues or your local community. Meditate together on 14 November 2026. You can share the link above so people can donate to the main fundraiser.

3. Start your own JustGiving page

If you want to raise money yourself, you can create your own JustGiving page in aid of Mind. Set your page title to “Meditate For Mind” and invite others to join your session. Every individual fundraiser strengthens the movement and increases the total impact.

4. Support a charity of your choice

If you live outside England and Wales, or if you want to support a mental health organisation closer to home, you can still take part. Meditate on 14 November 2026 and donate to a charity in your own country. The goal is to create a shared global moment that strengthens mental wellbeing and supports the organisations that help people through difficult times.

Meditate For Mind is open to everyone. Your participation, in any form, helps Mind continue its work and reach more people who need support. Registered charity number 219830.
